A well-located, pleasant hotel with good service and a nice swimming pool. Overall, we had a very good experience staying here. The only disappointing part was that my daughter’s new toys went missing from our room during our stay. This was very unfortunate and took away somewhat from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We had a great time at Sofitel Warsaw, the staff were very accommodating and hospitable the services. The hotel provided were optimal, and we even enjoyed our time spent inside the hotel. The location could not have been better very central and well connected to all things around the city would highly recommend this hotel to everybody and will definitely be coming back.

Sadly no one explained how to use thermostat, so it only worked when key was not in slot. So I had to use cellphone flashlight to go to bathroom. 2 ND day finally tech man came to show me how to use and confirmed it was broken. Guests need to be more informed instead like things use to be.

Staff took very long to respond to queries over the phone. I had to call multiple times and still wasn't able to get help. Requested for pillows at night and toothbrush but was told that i will not be able to get them till the next morning. Very poor and disappointing service for a Sofitel.
