very dissapointing. I went there several times before Covid. The tv channels choice is very poor. Just news !!!the only film channel is Polish with a single voice over. One Polish person is speaking over the voice of all the other actors. This is 2025 not 1950.!!! I have travelled round the world and never seen such a poor choice of TV in a 5 star Hotel .The courstesy toileterie is a joke . You get one shower cap per family ,1 pack of 2 cottons buds!!. The breakfast staff hardly speaks Polish nor English. No teababgs on Monday morning !!. I booked the hotel including breakfast and at checking you are told Breakfast is not included. !!! very bad hotel indeed.

Served and sang for 80th birthday at breakfast!

I booked a Prestige suite with early check in - on ALL app with full prepayment. Two days before their reception firstly informed me that early check in is not sure. I pointed out - it was paid service, than they said - it would be fone. However when I arrived huy at the reception told how lucky I sm that room is ready and that they upgraded me to Prestige suite ( the exactly same room I booked and paid for = no recognition of my Platinum status and no upgrade). I did not correct him as I wanted to go to room as my meeting started in 2 hours. Stay was uneventful as I left I asked for invoice - and next day I had to ask again as nothing was sent to me. To top it all they did not correctly posted points for my stay - they forgot to post all payment for accomodation. I have already made claim through Accor customer service.
