Solid hotel for a first night stay in Poland after a super long flight. Can count on consistent Sofitel performance. Good sized room, good sized clean bathroom. We only stayed o e night which might explain it being a little unremarkable. Time to update aircon so you can select the temp more accurately.

The stay from arriving at reception to checking out was A1. The feel, the vibe, the quality, from reception - room - bar service - breakfast, everyone felt like they cared about you personally, and made you feel special. This may be expected at a 5* hotel, but I have been in some that you do not get the same vibe, but the Sofitel Warsaw is one I would and will visit again,.
