Family trip to Sopot. Nice hotel, and Novotel is usually my go-to — but the staff experience was a real disappointment, both in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) and with housekeeping. Room cleaning was poor despite being requested. Almost every breakfast, we were seated at tables that hadn't been cleared, as the staff couldn't keep up with table turnover. The team seemed either unhappy to be working there or simply unused to foreign guests. As a hotel and resort designer, I'd add this: the interior design of the rooms and common areas is decent, but it doesn't feel professionally executed. The shower, for instance, made it impossible to set a stable temperature despite the quality of the brand installed. The windows were blocked — understandably for safety reasons — but the fresh air intake was insufficient. The other facilities (basement gym, pool, outdoor garden) show no sign of having been renovated alongside the rest of the outdoor spaces of the hotel, and none of them were appealing enough to use.

A very nice welcome, rooms are big and very comfortable. the swimming pool has warm water. the breakfast was very nice, kids play rooms to keep the happy. close to he beach.

Overall Hotel was excellent, location and rooms but we weren’t happy with room cleaning services. The trash can wasn’t emptied from the pervious guests and daily cleaning wasn’t up to good standard. The sink in toilet was visibly dirty and the bed sheets weren’t placed properly and they weren’t spotless as well as I would expect. The coffee and sugar bags weren’t changed daily.
