Normally I don’t bother with complaints as they are not worth the time I spent on it. But this time I want to voice my disappointment. After 3 days in the mountains without shower due to water shortage, I was looking forward to a decent shower. But.. - the warm shower turns cold/warm intermittedly, very annoying. Normally not a big thing but as we were really looking forward to a shower it’s actually a big thing. - the showergel/shampoo was empty. I have my own, but it’s in the car. I do not want to go out for this. I used my wife’s. Normally I’m quite content with the service/price Ibis offers, but this experience is very disappointing. In our other room the complaint was actually cold water. In the morning while checkout, another guest reported the same thing to the reception and the complaint was just ignored. No response, no excuse, just ignored. The same happened when I reported the same thing. I would at least expected a “sorry” or “I will report it to management”. Very dissapointing.

We booked the Family offer, but out rooms were placed on different floors. They state you are responsible for the kids in their room, but make it difficult to do that this way. Moreover in one room there was a leak from the bathroom above, leaving a huge dirty stain and two lights not working. Also the airco was very loud. When flagging this to reception we got free breakfast, but imo such room should not be used till fixed.

First, when meals were explained I was told beef ( which is normal for lasagna) but instead I received salmon, next was the holder for the shower head was broken so of no use to have a comfortable shower, and lastly, the shower temperature went from scalding hot to cold regularly while having a shower.

A year ago it was much better. When we arrived we checked in and we could stay at the bar. And the restaurant was open. This year i think at 19.30. I went to the Holiday Inn nearby and the have a bar. I talked with the barman en gave me i paper with local restaurants. We've eten in Feldkirchen at restaurant Flugwerk. Very good restaurant!! Breakfast was even worse/bad. Dry bread, cheese which didn't look good, no eggs, sausages were cold. De rooms/beds/badroom was clean, fresh en good.

When we get a Ibis Hotel, we know what to expect anywhere in the world. But, no cold AC for a room with 3 people was a bit frustrating. One of the days we had no hot water for shower. We know that issues can happen, but for the high price paid due to Oktoberfest weekend, it was a bit disappointing to have the AC issue and cold shower. Breakfast is very nice! Surprisingly, most of the staff do not speak English, which was a bit challenging but all of them were really nice and tried their best to communicate and help 🫶🏻
