Check-in and out easy. Room clean and comfortable. Great shower. Good choice at breakfast (except for scrambled non-eggs). Good coffee. A shame that the bar has closed.

I had a very pleasant stay and was completely satisfied with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made my visit enjoyable. I gave a score of 10 because the experience fully met my expectations. As a guest traveling by car, I would like to kindly suggest considering the removal of parking fees in the future — it would make longer stays even more appealing.

Though it is advertised as air conditioned rooms. Only one of the two rooms I booked had a working AC. When I checked in I was told (and I verified twice) that breakfast is included. Of course it wasn’t. And the internet is really flimsy. I don’t need fast internet but I need it stable. This one got in and out every minute.

I enjoyed a very comfortable few days at Ibis Hamburg Alsterring. It is very close to transport including the airport (make sure you get into the correct train carriages for airport) and an easy train trip to the city centre and historic port district

I had a very good stay and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The front desk staff were very patient, attentive, and friendly. They answered all of my questions carefully and made me feel very reassured. When I was feeling unwell and needed help, the staff also kindly assisted me in calling a doctor, which I truly appreciated. Every time I left or returned to the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, which made me feel welcomed and cared for. The room temperature was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the room felt safe and comfortable. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for their help and care. This stay exceeded my expectations.

What I liked was that the room was of reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. All was clean and in a good shape. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was that the cooling function of the AC was not active (we stayed on 14-17 May), it only worked as a fan. To make room temperature comfortable we had to open the window with lots of noise coming from the street traffic.

Location was perfect for me. Close to S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses. In the neighboorhood you can find international couisine (Turkish, Iranian, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Hindu etc restaurants) and all the supermarkets (Rewe, Lidle, Aldi, Edeka, Budni etc..) The beds are comfortable. The personnel at te reception is very helpful. The only thing I can recommend is that a kettle in the rooms would be very helpful.
