The room was clean and enough for a weekend trip. The location was good as it is located near public transport and lots of restaurants. No fridge - which would have been useful. Unfortunately housekeeping was entering our room even with the „So Not Disturb“ sign on because they had the information room was a „Check-Out“. They did not knock and called out „housekeeping“. It was not and it could have been a very unpleasant situation if I hadn’t realized it on time or and called loud „NO“. The front desk apologised for the error but this big inconvenience and interference of privacy was not acknowledged. Personally this is a no go.

The hotel is very well located. Subways are nearby and you also have the StadtRAD station where you can borrow the city bicycles that we used during our stay. The staff was very kind, breakfast was fine. I recommend and will probably come back to this hotel if I’m back to Hamburg. Thank you all!

Helpful and friendly personal, clean public area and room. Located not far from U-Bahn an S-Bahn. There is a parking lot(underground garage) with narrow entrance(for someone may be uncomfortable).
