Good breakfast. Great location and staff tha are friendly and helpful. The room felt a little dated but was comfortable.

We were placed on the ground floor in one of a handful of rooms accessible only after walking through the dining room. It was freezing out and the room was freezing as well. After we could not get the room warmer after a few hours, we had to go back to the desk and they brought us an electric heater, which mildly warmed the room. They have apparently had this problem before in these rooms. Several other things to note: there is a weird bright LED light that starts at the floor on one wall and then goes up to the ceiling, then across the ceiling to the opposite wall, and then down to the floor. If the room light is on , you cannot turn it off. If you turn off the room light, other important lights do not work. The light happens to go right over and behind the desk area, and if using a computer, the LED lights reflects on the screen, and therefore the computer screen is not visible except for this bright reflection. We had to totally move the desk to a different area in order to work on the computer. We did get the optional breakfast. The choices were moderate, but very limited for gluten free or dairy free. There was no oatmeal. Nothing was clearly marked, except for lactose free milk. They did bring us three different gluten free rolls at breakfast, and two were edible. The fresh fruit was not plentiful. Overall, for a chain hotel, the stay was underwhelming.
