Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice brakfast. My room was to hot. Could not get it colder. Aske for an technician to check the aircon. Dis not help. Had the window open but due to the curtains little air did come in.

We monitor temperature changes very closely during the transitional period and endeavour to switch the system on at the right moment in order to conserve energy and avoid producing unnecessary cooling. On arrival at 11.03 to the Reception, our room was not ready; however I booked early check-in and as a Gold member I am entitled for room upgrade, but we got a very small attick room wich is barely suitable for one person, but definitely not the exclusive room, what I booked. In the same evening I went to speak with receptionist and he explained they made a mistake and change our room for az exclusive business room immediately. Since then, there was no problem at all.

Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a payment issue during my recent stay at Novotel Munich. My original reservation was from April 24th to April 28th. I extended my stay for one additional night (April 28th to April 29th) directly through the hotel reception, and I completed the payment at that time. I have proof of this transaction. However, at check-out, I was informed that no payment had been made. After showing the payment confirmation, I was told everything was fine and that I could leave. Since then, I have noticed multiple attempts to charge my card again for the same night. This is very concerning, as the payment has already been made. I kindly request that you review this matter urgently, confirm my payment in your system, and ensure that no duplicate charges are processed. I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution. I sent this to your email no answer
