Stayed here for a few nights and had no real complaints — clean room, friendly staff, smooth check-in. That said, having stayed at this chain's hotels in the UK and Spain, I expected a bit more. Breakfast was fairly basic, common areas felt slightly dated, and room service wasn't as sharp as usual. Nothing bad, just noticeably below the standard I've come to expect from this brand elsewhere. Would stay with the chain again, just maybe not this particular hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent central location. Rooms are a really good size. Everything clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Lovely little extras such as bottles of water, juice and sweets for the children on arrival. Would highly recommend.

We love staying at the Novotel group hotels and it’s our go to. Friendly staff, extremely clean and rooms had everything we needed. Our only negative was the bar menu as it was as extremely limited so that put us off eating and relaxing in the hotel bar as we needed to head out for food again. So much so we actually got a Wolt delivery on our first evening.

Well located hotel, reception service was excellent for calling taxi, getting buses and laundry . The breakfast was excellent with lots of staff too

Very friendly staff. Perfect quiet room, large and clean with all amenities Accessible car park in the middle of Berlin. Close to all touristic places and on the U-bahn Nice breakfast with a large choice We got unfortunate with our toilet breaking down and it got fixed very quickly by staff.
