Hotel is very good located, most of the centre activities my be done even by foot. Metro station is close by, public transportation station is also in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very rich, with great choises, nicely and fresh prepared. Service people during the breakfast are very polite, quick and do their job like they are almost invisible. They made no disturbance for the guests. On the down side, stuff on reception were not polite. Not rude but not polite at all. Me and some other guests had some additional questions but they responded the same way as at the beginning: fast and in short centencies leaving no room for guests questions. Sorry people, but all new information you give is not so simple to understand. Further more, hotel corridors, up on the floors had a bad smell. Hard and penetrating for the nose. If some new carpets are layed down and the glue left the smell, I don't know, but it was very unpelasent walking through the corridors. The smell was also in the room and room had only tilting window. It was not possible to open it completely. Taken the price for the room, I was with my family in room for 4 people, it is pretty small. All in all, if we weren't there only for a few nights, we would have definitely change the hotel. If there wasn't so nice breakfast staff, I would't give more than 5 points.
