We were surprised by how outdated the decor was, not the usual Novotel standard. There were hairs around the bathroom and the bedding and towels had strange strains over them.

Not a hotel as advertised. Rooms are old and need refresh. Bathrooms has mildew around shower and torn linen were used, which is unacceptable.
