Staff was very accommodating as helpful. Location is real and with gated car-park you feel secure. The room was clean and tidy only the reservation was for a Queen bed, unfortunately upon arrival we were given a twin room. Overall for a single night stay it is ok.

Excellent staff. Room was satisfactory, but I was unsure about rubbish disposal. Whilst the breakfast was adequate a little it more variety would have improved it.

Double charged for room in error, room key stopped working twice. Not a lot of drinks variety at bar..however, as usual, extremely clever and helpful and cheerful staff made up for everything!!!

However, we understand that this may be confusing if not properly explained, and we apologize for any misunderstanding caused.
