Decent hotel and rooms. Great staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Please, please fix the toilet height. it's absurd to sit so high up. Actually dangerous.

Dear Aditya, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're happy to hear that you appreciated our friendly staff, the rooms and the smooth check-in and check-out process. Regarding the toilet, we honestly understand that the height can be inconvenient – and to be fair, even we don't know why they were installed this way! Unfortunately, replacing 165 toilets is not quite so simple, but we are well aware of the issue, and it is definitely on our list of things we would like to improve. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future! Best regards, Julia P., Deputy General Manager

Due to only one computer working at your reception I did not receive invoice upon departure and your reception did not send me this via email afterwards even if it was promised.

Not a 10 because at 4:40am the people on the room above me started moving the heavy chair, several times. The noise woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep

Dear Gloria, Thank you for your kind words about your stay and our service. I regret to hear that noise from the room above disrupted your rest. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon! Best regards, Julia P., Deputy General Manager
