The experience was not particularly positive. After checking in, we headed to the room we had been allocated. The room was open, dirty, rubbish on the floor, sheets on the floor and beds undone. We headed to reception and complained. We were given an alternative room which was the only last room available in the building. We were traveling with our baby and the new room was not fit, nor suitable for a toddler. Bedsheets looked old and the sheets on the top bed were stained with hair. We would not recommend a stay here, especially it traveling with a child.

While the ground floor wasn't in great shape (worn, chain-smoking staff standing by the front door), the room itself was good. And the staff was helpful and friendly, even if his smoke did waft up to our room's open window =/

With my eyes wide open I picked IBIS. I knew it would be bare bones. But I didn't expect it would be shopworn. Even the grass in front of the hotel was untended. I paid about the same price for much nicer rooms the same week in Bremen and in Osnabrueck. I'll be more selective in the future.

It is my favourite hotel in Germany when travelling north. Due to many visits everything is very familiar! Access, restaurants nearby, petrol station nearby before hitting the road again in the morning. Very good hotel organisation and cleanliness. Extra tip: Ask for a room in higher floors, away from the lift. I guess it is a bit more quiet. A big thank you to the manager couple for their faithful serving over so many years !

Auch wenn es der ibis-budget Klasse angehört, sind selbst die günstigsten Preise deutlich angestiegen im Vergleich zu vor wenigen Jahren - unter 80€ gabs bei diesem Hotel in Ka eigentlich nichts mehr. Für das, das nicht einmal einfachste offene Regale vorhanden sind (man lebt aus dem Koffer), wie im Standard ibis, und der Fußboden teils die besten Zeiten hinter sich hat definitiv nicht mehr angemessen. Zum Fußboden, die Hälfte des Zimmers inkl. Toilette besteht aus einem komischen alten Fußbodenbelag (aufgrund im Zimmer vorhandenem Waschbecken), in dem über die Jahre sichtlich der Dreck reingefressen ist. Barfuss würde ich da nicht laufen wollen. Positiv: die indirekte Beleuchtung entlang der Wand ist durchaus nice.

인보이스를 메일로 준다고 호텔에서 이야기 하였으나 정보를 종이에 수기로 적어줘야 하는 아이러니와 심지어 종이에 적어준 정보를 틀리게 입력하였고 메일과 전화로 요청해도 수정해주지 않음 절대 다시 이용하고 싶지 않음 다른 ibis 호텔은 그러지 않은걸로 보아 이 지점이 문제인듯
