Stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions recently and it’s been decently priced each time - great value for money, centrally located and spacious and comfortable rooms at an affordable price for a hotel within Manchester city centre. As for the service from the team, consistently great - all team members I’ve encountered have been super friendly and attentive throughout my stays. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester looking for a decently located hotel at a decent price with quality service.

It was in Manchester on business. All my hotels are paid for through corporate temporary credit cards. I tried to explain this to reception, although she seemed unwilling to investigate, and I did have the emails to substantiate this. I have had to pay on my personal credit card, and it's going to be a lot of hassle getting my own money back.
