All in all good but no on site parking. The lifts one ended up getting stuck on second floor and no warning signs or anything like that. On the day of checking out we had until 12 but got asked to have the room done at 8:00 and 10:00 eventhough we had the sign on door we ended up leaving at 10:30 feeling rushed and forced out... there was no one on reception to hand keys to but there was a box. The overall stay was great however the last few hours left us feeling that we were being forced out.

Arrived early and was charged extra £15 whilst other guests arriving early were not charged, lift was filthy and smelt, no air con in room so had to sleep with the window open noise until 3/4 am, tv did not work, reception unmanned as the 2 staff were smoking outside, climate control looked at by a member of staff and our room door was left unlocked when we returned 6 hours later.

I checked out at 8pm following check a few hours earlier. The room was hot and smelled like sweaty feet. The aircon unit was blowing hot air only, rhe carlet was filthy, hair in the simk and shower. On reflection i wish i had waited in reception to complain but there were no staff present so i deposited my key into the box and left.
