While I would not complain on the Novotel standard experience, the only point that was a big turn off during my stay was carrying the pitcher to reception every time to refill water. That was horribly inconvenient. It’s not the first time I am encountering this option in a novotel where I had to refill water pitcher and during my last stay in Novotel Luxembourg city, the same option was available, but the only difference being each floor at Luxembourg had a water dispensing station . But in case of this stay there was only one water dispenser and that was placed right in-front of reception. While a queue of guests checking in or checking out merging with a parallel queue of guests refilling water. This was a serious turn off and hassle and should have been well thought off and implemented. This is so not a novotel experience I have expected in my head and was literally disappointed . Hope this can be addressed not only on this branch of yours but also with other branches as well if such a set up exists elsewhere . I believe it’s a bit obvious to expect a brand and chain like Novotel/Accor to at-least afford a water station every floor, isn’t it??

Loved our stay! Lovely staff that helped us with a connecting room. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and the connecting room was great. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to go. Thank you

Poor quality with no air conditioning, windows cannot be open, kids running between the rooms from early morning… better avoid this one.
