Room was not clean the disabled rails in the bathroom were rusty and unsave carpet was very stained air conditioning didn’t work raised step into shower room not good for someone who has had a stroke or has a wheelchair staff were not very helpful or polite friendly or welcoming except the young lady that booked me in
