10°C outside, 28°C in the room, the air conditioning was still switched off

Dear Sir, We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, as well as the service provided by our team and the breakfast. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the room temperature during your visit. Our air-conditioning system is currently operating in ventilation mode depending on external weather conditions, which may lead to temperature variations in the rooms. The rooms resemble a prison cell, so small, shabby, with no curtains. Too basic, indeed. The breakfast is worse than in the majority of other Ibises we stayed at. The beds are uncomfortable, in this case as in all Ibis hotels, unfortunately.
