What I did not like is that when we arrived, the whole area was dark, no lighting at all, even difficult to find the entrance and a look at the free parking spots ! As owner of a hybrid car I wanted to load my battery, although there is a facility to do this, also here complete darkness ! S I could not load my car.

Stayed just one night to see Sting in concert at the Arena. Very clean room, tasty and good value breakfast. Very efficient check in and check out.

I arrived very late the first evening and I din't have time anymore to eat on my way. Then I asked Elodie (from the reception) if she could have something to eat for me. She arranged with her night colleague that they prepared a complete menu which I got in my room at around 0h30 (warm and exactly as I ordered it!). During my second night the day after, I was also remarcably helped by Anna from the bar, who did her very best to make me feeling happy! Thanks to these two girls and her high level service, I had a wonderfull experience of your hotel! THANKS

I booked for a room (breakfast included) for three persons, but one of them got sick and could not come. I notified the hotel the day before and then again during check-in but got no refund. I understand the rate was prepaid, but I would expect some flexibility to adjust the price to the nature of our stay. At a very minimum, I should not pay for three breakfasts when we were only two guests. Even if rare is prepaid, I could have got a refund or a discount for my next trip (I am an Accord Gold customer and stay in Accor hotels often)
