Last minute booking. Easy to find, large parking area at the back, near shopping centre, close to Futuroscope and main motorway just around the corner. Very handy.

Pictures in the website not the same as the place. In the website says Ibis, but it’s not. The rooms don’t have bathroom or shower, they’re outside and you have to share with other guests, and the rooms smell strongly of tobacco. You could get something much better for a bit more money, but it’ll be worth it.

Tried to cancel my booking because of circumstances out of my control. Woman on the end of the phone just shouted at me refused to answer. Tried again and was shouted at again. Was told to leave it alone money gone. Very very rude service. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

They offer 24 hours service but noone is at the desk. The room was freezing and the bed linen insuficient. I got sick for sleeping in such cold. Also no towel or soap was provided. I will never come back.
