The check in process was quick and easy. The receptionist gave us all of the relevant information including what time the kitchen was closing.Staff were good and easy to deal with, and seemed to be working at reception as well as behind the bar, taking food and drink orders.We got the impression that the facility may have been under staffed as efficient as they seemed to be, the common areas, restaurant, reception and hallway needed to be vacuumed at the very least because they seemed quite grubby.
