The check in was slow we checked in around 7:30pm and was a line up and then a young guy eventually came and help. The check in staff where fine. Except no mention about being a platinum member. When we got to the room tried to put the heater on and as it didn't appear to be working I noticed how dirty and disgusting the a/C unit was. I took photos. Bed was super comfy. Great sleeping with black out blinds. When we went to open the blind in the morning we could see all black dirt/mould around the window. Which I also took a photo of. Breakfast was very disappointing. Empty dishes and the scrambled eggs tasted like cardboard.
