The friendly personnels, The best kitchen I have eten, The nice bar Clean room with a nice bathroom with everything in it, you have everything in the room also the coffee and thee. Close to airport and shuttle with you have to pay for it but cheaper than getting a taxi for one.

My experience at Ibis Sydney Airport was terrible, and I regret booking my stay here. The room was absolutely filthy. There were noticeable stains on both the walls and the carpets, which made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned in quite some time, and the overall hygiene of the hotel was shocking. On top of that, the door to my room didn’t even lock properly, which made me feel completely unsafe during my stay. This is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not being able to secure the room just added to the stress. I had to keep my belongings with me at all times because I didn’t trust leaving anything behind. The staff was friendly enough, but unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and safety issues far outweighed any positives. For the price I paid, this was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless these serious issues are addressed. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others look elsewhere for a safe, clean place to stay.

I have been in probably around 10-12 ibis around places. This has been the best by far. Very nice and helpful staff, good location, nice room.

Great location, friendly, helpful & welcoming staff. The room was adequate & comfortable for our one night stay
