I checked in shortly before 8 pm after a long trip and went to my room. A little over an hour later, I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that a pipe had broken earlier in the day and there was no estimate for when it would be fixed. I believe I should have been informed at check-in so I could decide whether to stay or not. The hot water still hadn’t returned by the next day. In addition, there were hundreds of moths in the corners of the room, and when I opened the curtain, a lot of dirt fell onto my backpack.
