We had an excellent stay at the Mercure. Great location, excellent rooms, great breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best Mercures that we have stayed at ever. I would highly recommend.

I stayed three nights at Mercure Beaux Arts. My room was very quiet, thus I got a good night's sleep every night, cleaning was well done and the staff was very friendly and professional. The called me a taxi to Amphitheatre 3000. The breakfast was also good, even though I missed some vegetables. The hotel is also very well situated and close to the old town where there are a lot of excellent restaurants " des bouchons". I will definitely come back if ever visit Lyon again.

The staff is very helpful and aware of your needs. The breakfast was the big highlight of our stay: the food was diverse (but not too much to preserve the overall quality), very tasty and well served. However, the AC or heater whatever it was, was dysfunctional. It was quite warm the all night even if we had set it up at 17 degrees. Also, we could hear the footsteps of the neighbours even with earbuds, which was also hindering the quality of our sleep. Regarding the location, it was perfectly situated between Place de Bellecour and Place des Terreaux.

The hotel staff and front desk are very nice and friendly. They took the time to think about my birthday request and even left me a note and some delicious cookies. My husband and I really appreciate that. The room was clean and nice with a great view of the square. You are right in the city center, so it was very easy to get to any attraction!
