We stayed in here November and the location was ideal. We were going to Birmingham good food and the hotel is 10 minutes from the railway station and on a direct line to NEC. The room was clean and plenty big enough for the night. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and friendly staff. However room was very cold, remote control and tray with drinks was sadly not clean.
