Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, easy location. Less satisfied with the room: zero decoration, uncomfortable chair for the desk, and because of the older building you hear the person on the floor above walk

The stay was horrible experience. The room had low ceiling and I had to bend and walk around. Another worst thing is that the window was 5 foot high and a small one meaning you cannot look out. I felt like in a jail which I have seen in movies. Stayed in many hotels around the world and even in IBIS group. This is the most horrible and such a bad experiences. No air circulation and I had claustrophobic experience. Another issue is that breakfast area is so congested and less selection of food. You want customer to boil their own eggs- how ridiculous idea. Customers were fighting there for the boiled eggs as someone one took others egg. No big spoon for eating cornflakes. I got coffee stirring spoon for eating cornflakes. How stupidly it can be.
