Reasonable hotel room. Check in process was so painful. The lady that was checking us in was extremely unhelpful and quite frankly rude. The accommodation was pre-paid the night before so we could check in early the next day due to a red eye flight, and she made so difficult and made us feel like naughty children.

When we entered the room it had a damp smell when I took off my shoes there was a wet patch on the floor, we rang and notified reception. After the concert we arrived back to the room and as we were getting ready for bed there was a dripping noise, we identified the roof was leaking. We called the front desk and spoke to the manager, they came and checked out the room and took video/ photo of the leak. There was no other room for us to be moved too so some towels were provided to deal with the leak. It took a while for this to stop and minimal sleep was obtained. We did received complimentary breakfast but wanted to report this issue. Was great location
