Longish wait to check in despite being the only person waiting as 4 staff all chatting for at least 5mins. Not the best start to being a silver member. Room said complimentary bottle of water but there was not one.

check-in experience: there is no one there, only Ibis desk is there, which apparently is shared between Novotel and Ibis Breakfast: a lot of empty tables, but none of them are clean, there is literally one person who is doing everything, from letting people in to cleaning tables etc. overall very very poor services, shared with Ibis, and seriously understaffed (maybe the same person also works at Ibis and Ibis Budget as well?)
