We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Zürich City West. Our room was very comfortable with all amenities that we required. The staff were all very helpful & polite. We used the bar & restaurant many times and the service was exemplary every time. Would definitely return!

Great hotel and nice location. Very supportive staff. Rooms had AC which really helped with the heat. Just wish breakfast had more options. Otherwise our best stay in Switzerland in our 12 days familynteip

it has a bed, shower, toilet. On the plus side: I loved how the shower is instantly hot with the buttons. I did not think the breakfast was worth the price, so I got better food to less money outside the hotel. the location is industrial. it was fine. the staff were very kind and helpful, i thought. I think the main advantages a hotel like this has are very pragmatic: it was near work, and reasonably priced. As an international traveler, I would like to check in when I arrive after a long flight and not have to wait until 3pm. There could be a fee/option to prepare the room earlier for that special case.
