The staff was very nice, particularly the person responsible for cleaning rooms as our keys didn't work initially and she helped us out! Bathrooms could use an update and new towels should be purchased.

The hotel was dirty. Stained carpet and damaged walls. On a day of 31 degrees celcius the air-conditioning was not working.
