The location is good but it lacks charm and warmth. Everything looks old and run-down and could really do with modernisation. For the cost of a night, it is not vaue for money. Too much noise can be heared when in the rooms, sound proofing is urgently required

The advertised price of 100 Euros seems excessive for a tiny room (we paid less). The bath was tiny and could not keep in water because the plug was faulty. I note that some areas of the hotel were being renovated so it looks like the hotel is trying to fix these problems. Breakfast was good.

Upon arrival I was informed I had to put a €250 deposit in case of damage /non payment( I then had to pay for the room immediately so the non payment reason is a lie). As it was 11pm and too late to find another hotel I paid. The guy said it hadn't gone through, so did it again. When I checked my credit card account, you have TAKEN a €500 deposit. This has still not been taken off my card one week later, so I can't use my card. The hotel is run down and in need of renovation. So why need €250 anyway? Just get people to pay for their rooms first. I regularly work at safran , so this would have been a good hotel for me, but I will stay elsewhere in the future. Awful place.

The staff where excellent. The decor of the hotel was a little tired but OK. The rooms where very good as always with Ibis. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed during the evenings of our visit.

The service le very good as it is the breakfast. The carpets all around the building and in the rooms are in desperate need of replacing. I feel extremely uncomfortable walking barefoot in my rooms as the carpets are covered with stains. The rooms are also not fitted with air conditioning which makes it almost unbearable during summer time

We have stayed here on more than one occasion and we find it very convenient half way to Calais. However, we do feel that this hotel is now in need of a bit of TLC, and is beginning to look quite run down. The carpets etc on entry look old and worn and the outside also needs up grading. Our room was very clean, also the bathroom. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and do their best to make your stay a good one.

This hotel is not only old but extremely badly maintained. The cleanliness is unbelievable bad for this kind of small hotels . Your ugly environment outside immediately seen when you arrive on the parking. I can understand that you may want to cut cost but , I suggest you increase a little price per room and invest on the renovation of your hotel. Will never go back nor tell someone to do so. By the way , the breakfast was not bad.

Hotel was nice although basic. More like I expected from an ibis budget. Staff were functional (wouldnt go as far as friendly. Staff member's badge had an English flag, although he flatly refused to speak engage in english, and seemed unimpressed with our french). Room was clean, although basic. Nice family room. Car park was a decent size. Location for visiting vicomte chateau was great. Lack of an elevator was the biggest disappointment.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. Rooms are really outdated and even if they are clean, they look really dirty.

I booked online with booking.com. A problem with the web browser resulted in the booking for the wrong date. Booking.com informed the hotel and I also tried to speak by telephone but the staff were not prepared to assist. I then made a second booking on the Accor website. I, therefore, paid twice for a one night stay. I believe bookings.com did their best to help me. Sadly I can't say the same for the Accor staff. I would like to see this matter resolved - and I have a page print from the screen where the booking date error was made. I suspect something to do with 'refreshing the browser'. Anyway my problem could have been fixed in a few minutes had someone other than bookings.com taken an interest. I travel for work. I shall now consider very carefully where I stay on my next visit to Paris. If some reads this maybe they could contact me with some old fashioned 'customer service' Thanks
