Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The reservation you made is without breakfast and you were having breakfast without telling your room number to the staff since 3 days from Monday, when you extend for Thursday you still didn't want to include breakfast and when we asked the room number it wasnt included from very beginning but your friend next room had been paying, hotel did lost $60 already and its quiet not fair to come for breakfast without paying. We did welcomed you to have it but for extra $20 which u declined and your friends did had it. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Sincerely,
