We arrived on a hot afternoon at the beginning of August to find no air conditioning and staff who came across as over worked and over heated despite their best efforts to help us. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable however the general impression was of neglect both in and out of the room. We had a nice dinner in a sort of garden room where there was a very loud, working air conditioning unit limited to a 2 square meter radius- but it helped. I prepaid for breakfast which I won’t do again as we had to queue up with customers who had not paid so no advantage to pre paying. The car park is handy. We would stay again but not in hot weather.

Functional hotel in the Aire, ideal for a stopover during a journey. Toilet absolutely stunk of sewage. Shower had mould in the cubicle, so it’s far from luxurious but the bed was clean and comfortable and it was ok for having a sleep during the journey. Breakfast was good! We’ve stayed a few times so know what to expect - the location outweighs the smell and mould. If your expectations are low and realistic for the price, then this is the ideal hotel!!

Came quite late but there was somebody on duty who checked me in. The room was basic but that's all you need for a night sleep Clean towels and a fresh bed. Bathroom and toilet was clean as well.

Check-in and service was fine. Staff helpful Toilet wasn’t working in room 208 so staff moved us to 206 this was acceptable and all worked fine Breakfast was good. As an English speaker was a little difficult to understand what was on offer. However Paul staff were helpful

This is a good budget hotel especially as there are two good eating places (especially Paul) on the spot. However, and this is a big failing as far as our room goes (no.117) there was a lot of black mould in the shower cubicle that had obviously been gathering there for quite a long time. You need to deal with this immediately. It is a big letdown on your standards of cleanliness

The staff do not speak or understand English, which made communication difficult. I requested a travel cot for our child by phone, but it was not available when we arrived at 1:30am. The location is convenient, close to the highway, although the reception area is not clearly marked when you arrive.

Well located. Room was basic but okay. Food options were very minimal, staff disinterested in helping. Most food warmed up and not fresh. Room was very warm, no fan or anything. People smoking outside our window made the experience poor.

If you don't speak French, it is impossible to have a conversation with the receptionist. The receptionist did not even make an effort to understand a non-French-speaking individual, such as myself.
