The staff do not speak or understand English, which made communication difficult. I requested a travel cot for our child by phone, but it was not available when we arrived at 1:30am. The location is convenient, close to the highway, although the reception area is not clearly marked when you arrive.

This a well priced, basic hotel which allows you to stop for the night without leaving the motorway (and you can access it from both north and southbound). The staff are friendly and the breakfast, provided at the Paul bakery is excellent. Parking is safe in an enclosed area. As others have said, the main issue is the lack of air conditioning. So not a problem most of the year - but a real issue if it's hot!

Well located. Room was basic but okay. Food options were very minimal, staff disinterested in helping. Most food warmed up and not fresh. Room was very warm, no fan or anything. People smoking outside our window made the experience poor.

If you don't speak French, it is impossible to have a conversation with the receptionist. The receptionist did not even make an effort to understand a non-French-speaking individual, such as myself.
