Chaotic breakfast

The room was perfectly fine but breakfast was a disgrace. No coffee (as machines not working), lots of guests and no tables due to insufficient staff working on both serving and clearing up, most of the food has run out. To charge 19 euros per person for this is a joke. This hotel needs to get its act together.

This hotel is ideally located off the autoroute and great for an overnight stay during a road trip. The common areas were pleasantly decorated and there is a decent restaurant on site. However, the rooms look like they have never been updated. It’s obvious that the bathrooms still have the original hardware, which was crumbly and full of cobwebs. There was no safe or fridge in the room. There is no elevator, so I had to ask for a different room, as we had a lot of luggage. Again, this hotel is fine for one night, but it should not be a 4-star hotel.
