We had a late booked stay on our way to Spain. The hotel has good parking space, clean and spacious room for a family within affordable price range. Bonus is that the reception is opened 24h.

We have stayed here 5 times and always use this hotel when travelling to Italy for an overnight stay. The hotel is very clean, well equipped, comfortable with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make the stay pleasant.

Staff were pleasant, but the system of expecting guests to access menus using their phones seems very inefficient - shouldn't there at least be a few printed menus for those who have left their phone in their room? Meal was mediocre for the price, and bed extremely soft and difficult to sleep in. Also, the impression given was that most TV programmes are only available to view for an extra fee - not seen this in any other hotel. We have stayed in many French hotels and experience is nearly always positive, but not in this one.
