Hotel located a 10-minute drive from the city center, has ample parking, rooms are all-too-small and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Perfect hotel for a stop during a trip, close to the highway and with a good in-house restaurant.

We have been to this hotel before, it’s a great stop over on the way to the Alps. Just a short journey from the motorway. The room was clean with a nice large shower nice fluffy towels and crisp bedding.

Terrible experience in restaurant

Hotel is in a good location with friendly staff and good rooms. However our experience in the restaurant was terrible. The kitchen couldn't cope with the amount of guests. We waited an hour for a burger which was cold and congealed when served to us (we believe that it could have been the same burgers sent back to the kitchen by other guests) and the chicken dish was inedible. Menu described breaded chicken breasts, in realty it was fried off cuts (mostly bones). Although some of the meal was given free by the friendly staff this was't a good experience especially with young children.

Regarding our restaurant, we are sorry that the waiting time and the cuisine did not meet your expectations, and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. Indeed, we added this dish to our menu recently and we realized our error in the English translation, we quickly remedied this and we apologize a second time for this misunderstanding. The dish we offered was chicken breasts; the small “V”-shaped bone that separates the two chicken fillets. We hope to see you again soon to regain your trust. Sincerely Tissia, reception.

Great location and staff, but impossible to sleep

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were polite. However due to an intermittent awful noise throughout the night it was impossible to sleep. Instead of leaving the next morning feeling refreshed, we left exhausted. I raised this with the hotel via email and received a prompt response. It turns out a number of guests had the same problem which has since been fixed. As compensation I have been offered a “commercial gesture” against a future booking. I asked what this actually means and was advised it means a discount however no indication as to what amount of discount. Therefore I’m quite disappointed by my stay and lack of concrete information as to the remedy to restore my confidence in choosing this hotel in the future.
