L’hôtel est calme et accessible depuis l’autoroute .Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Par contre la chambre n’était pas totalement propre avec la présence de moumoute par terre à plusieurs endroits. Les joints de douche et de la paroi vitrée sont sales. Dans la chambre de mon fils sa fenêtre ne peut pas fermer car le système est cassé. Je suis donc très déçu par la prestation fournie pour un IBIS 😳😞

Das Restaurant ist schlecht. Weisswein und Rose wein viel zu warm. Terrasse wurde uns verweigert. Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht aber ok.

Manque de formation du personnel, on dirait des étudiants saisonniers. A l´accueil, ma carte à été débitée une deuxième fois lors du check in de ma chambre car l´hotelier ne connaissait pas bien le système informatique de l´hôtel. Le personnel est réduit et doit cumuler plusieurs fonctions dont le service du restaurant. Les mets à la carte ainsi que le service sont très moyens.
