Staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are bright, clean and spacious. Well located - next to railway station and a few minutes walk into town centre. Excellent value - this Ibis budget is better than many non-budget Ibis hotels we have experienced. We have stayed in this hotel a few times now and it's been consistently good. We would happily return. Le Puy is a lovely town. Can recommend Bar le Terminus just a few metres down the road from the hotel - good value and pleasant owners.
