On arrival at the hotel the young lady on the desk was very helpful and thorough on what was what. I ordered a breakfast as I needed to be away sharpish was told 0730 as it was a weekend no problem then in the morning I was all packed away and ready except it was now past 0800 an the breakfast area was not set up so I waited found an employee and asked when breakfast would be avaliable this appeared to be a problem so I left without anything I had booked and paid for a breakfast so they knew it was required not to happy about that small amount of money lost but time was a bigger loss and had to go elsewhere on route . This spoilt the stay

Très bonne acceuil , première chambre dans un état inadmissible, sol très sale , lit en hauteur non fait . Demande de changement de chambre demander qui a était validé. Petit déjeuner réservé qui était inexistant a mon arrivée sur mon papier de réservation. Déjeuner censée être servi a 7h15 a 7h30 toujours pas ouvert. Personne du matin désagréable même pas un sourire, a croire que sa l embêté d être là.

Das einzigste Problem ist, dass man vor 17:00 Uhr nicht einchecken konnte, weil die Maschine kaputt ist und nach 20:00 Uhr einchecken geht auch nicht mehr. Hier erwarte ich Besserung und hier erwarte ich eine Änderung

Well, what I did not know and you should know is that HotelF1 is more of a hostel. Uncomfy bed and shared bathrooms/showers. I learned that too late. But even for a hostel (that's what it really is) it was bad. No working AC, the bathroom dirty, no towels if you don't book them. If you get used to Accor, and you think ibis budget is the lowest level of comfort : never visit F1

It's excellent value for money. Great staff. I would however say you need to employ professional cleaners who can attend to the toilets and showers. Otherwise, I would have scored 7 or 8.
