Although first impression regarding ambiente was mixed I must say that everything worked well. Good beds and pillows, air condition and quiet street so I slept very well. Nice staff, breakfast sufficient. Only small negative detail was the partly blocked drain of the shower.

Well located, comfortable beds. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. I was able to leave bags after checkout. But there was no kettle or tea in the room. I also did not like the modular shower design. But overall good stay, felt rested.

We stayed for 2 nights. As usual an Ibis is convenient for a short no frills stay when you just want somewhere with a comfortable bed to sleep and don’t even need a wardrobe, safe or fridge. The bathroom is a sort of plastic pod, and not very nice. Cleanliness is good. The location is convenient, close to railway station and centre, yet quiet. We didn’t have breakfast, the buffet looked boring. What shocked me was the charge of 5 Euros for a bottle of what turned out to be filtered tap water, not even mineral water. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, thank you.

We had a great two night stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and an easy walk into the city centre. We appreciated there is a large parkade right next door. Parking cost us €40 which was quite reasonable compared to lots we have used in other cities. Check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was decent. I was grateful for the extra pillow that was available in the room and although we didn't use them, the extra towels that were provided in a box. We know Ibis Hotels are typically "no frills" and you're getting a pretty basic room but we still wished there was a safe in the room and an ice machine somewhere. Not big problems though. We would definitely stay here again 🙂

The hotel is tired. The rooms are dated. Staff were ok....a little indifferent. Breakfast is an average range of food. It may have been because a maintenance man let himself into my room unannounced, but I didn't feel overly safe at this hotel. Wouldn't stay again.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and after traveling for a very long time (plane from Canada to Netherlands, then train from Amsterdam to Muenster), I was quite tired. The room was ready at 11:30am. I was able to get in, and get a much needed nap! Room was very comfortable, clean. Was nice to have a window that opened. Next morning, I was treated to a breakfast like my oma and opa would make (sliced meats, cheeses, fresh buns). The whole week was excellent! Danke sehr. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Unfortunatelly, although when I made a booking, I requested my usulal room 412, I wa alocated differrent room. However, the receptionist was kind to accomodate my requested and everything was as expected. But for this mishap you alway receive top marks from me. I will be booking a room again (probalbly for 11.04) and will again specify my favourite room.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have some complimentary items like coffee, water, fruits, snacks. The room could be equipped with room slippers, fridge, water boiler, bright lighting for work, night table etc. The temperature controlled AC was not regulated by temperature and it was only giving warm air. The lighting of the room was very dark and there should be option to choose bright light if necessary.
