Overall positive. However, when paying for the stay, the staff should issue the invoice / payment confirmation to the guest without guest having to ask for it.

The hotel is tired. The rooms are dated. Staff were ok....a little indifferent. Breakfast is an average range of food. It may have been because a maintenance man let himself into my room unannounced, but I didn't feel overly safe at this hotel. Wouldn't stay again.

good stay in the room and top service from all your staff.....we should have been at the Panzer Museum at Munster 500km away but your location was very nice

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and after traveling for a very long time (plane from Canada to Netherlands, then train from Amsterdam to Muenster), I was quite tired. The room was ready at 11:30am. I was able to get in, and get a much needed nap! Room was very comfortable, clean. Was nice to have a window that opened. Next morning, I was treated to a breakfast like my oma and opa would make (sliced meats, cheeses, fresh buns). The whole week was excellent! Danke sehr. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
