Bathroom in poor condition with grout in shower with lots of mold. Toilet lid stained and large crack 3/4 the way across. Hotel breakfast overpriced, quality of baked goods poor. Apparently there was an exposition going on so hotel room extremely overpriced despite reserving months in advance. It was nice that there were dinner options at the hotel though. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful

Very good location for getting to the airport. Great rooms and meeting facilities. Wonderful and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack trays. Polite and helpful staff. All in all a perfect venue for private or business trips. We certainly will go back again!

I had to find a hotel in Frankfurt on very short notice (during "Messe"-time) because a family member had an operation and I wanted to be near her. The room was incredibly expensive, and there was nothing anyone could do about this, but the staff was very friendly as if to make it up to me. When I had to leave before breakfast time on the first morning, the urged me to take some coffee and some bread rolls nonetheless, even providing me with a food bag unasked. To sum up: The staff was really, really nice to me which felt very good during an otherwise unsettling time.
