staff : kindly staff room : normal ibis room type and clean nearby have LIDL big super market but website dosen't update airport shuttle service i was waiting long time in the frankfurt airport shuttle terminal and i call there and they send a car pick up me you must to update latest airport shuttle service information

I caught bus 82 and got to the hotel. Very convenient from the airport. I don't recommend getting a taxi, because they will overcharge, for a short distance. The welcoming in the hotel is great. Room is good, with all amenities. You can order food from outside. Good for the airport.

Those, who are flexible have an advantage, especially these days.

I had a booking at the Novotel already in place. I called Novotel, and they surprised me: one must book their free shuttle bus at least 2 days prior arrival. I called Ibis. They said it straightforward: free shuttle on arrival, and 3 euro for the shuttle back to the airport. I cancelled Novotel and booked Ibis right away. There are not that many guests these days in the airport hotels. What Ibis did: they hired a WV Touran and use it instead of the usual minivan. This was sufficient for me and saved me a return taxi trip. I'm not satisfied with the absence of breakfast in German Ibis hotels however. There are other Accor hotels that find the solution. Would be good if their experience shared among the group hotels. The best example Ibis Styles Bialystok in Poland. Be flexible guys, use your group experience- this is your advantage.

Everything went well, apart from the heat in the room. Even switching off the AC and opening the window did not help. However, apart from the all ok...

Hard to find in dark, got lost, was asked for proof of CoVid clearance, didn't have and was not made aware of it on booking app which I check before arriving, only mentions wearing of masks in public area. I showed this to your staff member and he let me stay after trying to prove me wrong. Didn't have breakfast or drink but was charged for same.

It's difficult to describe my perception of this stay. The hotel staff was awesome doing everything they could to make sure you have a comfortable stay during this hard time. The room was clean (although no disinfection markings were present) while the breakfast was quite OK. Apart from depressing atmosphere caused by lack of other guests my stay at Ibis Frankfurt airport was fine.

Happy with the late check-in, room was clean, dog friendly (for additional fee). It was two of us and we have been given just one bathroom towel, even though the windows have shades there is still light coming in from outside, so the room wasn't completely dark the whole night (outside 24hr lights). We had open windows for a fresh air and sometimes it was also quite noisy from outside (traffic). Next time we will choose a different Ibis hotel around Frankfurt.

The Ibis Frankfurt is situated some 15 minutes by bus from the airport. Easy to find the busstop. Hotel is clean and good sized rooms. Restaurant with limited choise but good food at very reasonable proces. Good breakfast. Pitty you have to pay 3 euro for the same bus back to the airport.

Comfortable hotel with shuttle to airport. Free from airport and 3 euros to the airport. Very convenient for a short stay or transit at Frankfurt airport. Lidl supermarket is just across the road. Very convenient.

This is a good hotel when on the budget for an overnight stay when flying in and out of Frankfurt. The staff is super friendly and the rooms got all the basics, nothing luxury, just the basics for a one night stay. We got welcoming drinks which we liked a lot and check in and out was very fast and smooth. The only issue was the shuttle bus the next morning did not show up so we were standing in the street in 0 degrees weather for over half hour. People started to get extremely upset until the girl from the lobby called taxis for us and the Ibis paid for this service. It was definitely a big issue specially for the passengers trying to catch an early flight because they delay was big. Very lack of coordination between the Ibis and the shuttle service they offer... even though they made an effort to fix it...

Not enough help? Elevator call button did not work, broken window handle in breakfast area, coffee machine needed attention, waffle dispenser was clogged and the Nutella dispenser was empty. That is a LOT of problems for an Ibis!

I booked my room in May for an October stay and it was confirmed days before my arrival that I had a room with twin beds. On arrival I was told a fabricated story they were all taken and offered instead a room with double bed and sofa bed. First attempt there was no. Sofa, second attempt the sofa bed was not made up. Third attempt got it but what an uncomfortable night.

The hotel has rebuild projekt, renewing, but this job is not disturbing for hotel guests. It is good choice to get one or two nights between long distance travels by car or flight. Choose without any fear.
