Some bad customer service (one lady in particular had an attitude both days plus when I asked about getting some coffee she said your machine was broken and one man on the phone misled me--I had to book a 2nd day due to misunderstading the Germany calendar and you charged me almost double--crazy) also your air conditioning never worked--room stayed hot; horrible location of my room--over the dumpsters--woke me up at 6 am one morning to loud banging/trucks--the next night--11 pm bottles dropping and breaking; no soap in the shower--only shampoo--terrible quality, no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room considering how expensive the cost was and then I had to pay nearly 5 euro for a one cup coffee in the lobby; shower kept going hot to cold--only positive was the bed was comfortable and the lady who sold me my coffee was nice--she said the machine was never broken. The online image of your hotel shows a nice location, but it was not — very industrial and loud. I expected something much nicer, with more amenities.

I booked the hotel through a booking website (Guest reservations). I will never book it again through this website, only directly through the Ibis website. The 3rd party is unable to provide me an invoice for my stay, which I find unacceptable.

Good location, close to the airport. Shuttle service excellent, the driver on the morning of September 3 was super helpful, friendly, got out the shuttle and carried all my luggage in and placed it safely so it don’t move around while driving. Reception was amazing, evening and morning people. Breakfast server was super friendly as well, highly recommend.

After a long flight and arriving late in the evening we used this hotel to get some rest before driving home. I enjoyed the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were adequate. The breakfast was very nice. I was well rested after one night.

We booked five nights at ibis Frankfurt Airport specifically so we could sleep comfortably at night, rather than inconvenience our relatives who live less than five minutes away. Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised fully working air conditioning, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, especially with very hot weather forecast. However, the air conditioning was not working, and we had great difficulty sleeping at night. After spending long days out, being unable to sleep properly because of the heat made the whole stay extremely unpleasant. We reported the problem to reception on the very first night, but the initial response was very disappointing. We were not offered another room or even a fan. We were simply told to raise the issue again in the morning and that we should receive some compensation. No compensation was ever offered, despite us repeatedly raising the issue. Eventually, our room was changed by Mohammed, who was very polite, kind and helpful. A fan was also provided, although it made very little difference. Mohammed repeatedly apologised and acknowledged the problem, and unfortunately we experienced the same air-conditioning fault in the second room as well. There was also no working phone line available to contact reception from the room, meaning we had to physically go downstairs every time we needed to raise an issue. I also contacted ALL Accor customer service twice by email regarding this matter, but have received no response whatsoever. Complaint ID: 25…. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and extremely poor customer service. The hotel failed to provide a basic facility that was advertised and that we specifically relied upon when making our booking. The lack of meaningful assistance, promised compensation that never materialised, and complete lack of response from customer service made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Perfect size for 2 people. During summer air conditioning is not powerful so fan is required. Free shuttle bus to airport which makes it totally worth it.

Staff were excellent. Didn't see too many customers, might be why I got it for a good price. Little bit away from the airport, but there is a shuttle bus. Standard Ibis room , but it did have a double door that would keep any corridor noise to a minimum. Lots of TV channels, mostly German, but some other European channels as well.
