If you need to stay just one night near the FRA airport - this hotel is perfect. It offers fine accommodation and good breakfast. However, bear in mind there is no much to see or experience in it's proximity.

We arrived on the day of the check-out. The staff was already awaiting for us and was very helpful to help us settle in. They were also very prompt by email too replying within less than 24 hours to my inquiries about the late-check out and other matters. The room was very clean, bathrooms were clean and nice, the beds were clean and confortable. My kids and I had a nice stay during our transit flight from Frankfurt. The shuttle is also very convenient to get (from Terminal 1, runs every 45 min, and takes just 15 min. to/from hotel/airport). Overall, I was very impressed by the staff at the reception desk, and quite liked the hotel. It was cleaner than many high mid-range hotels in New York city. Very happy with my stay!

Arrived late evening and room keys did not work, had to go down to have them exchanged 3 times. shampoo in shower was empty and shower corners were moldy. I stayed many times before and never encountered any issue - this time it was disappointing. Not sure if I will stay there again.
