It was the second time I’d stayed here and enjoyed it greatly. The pool is a little shallow to swim properly unfortunately but it’s nice for a dip at least.

The lift was not working, resulting in 5 min waiting time each time we had to go up or down. The restaurant's food was terrible and the first thing we were told was that the restaurant stopped serving at 9:30PM. We entered the restaurant area a 9:08PM and were then told that the kitchen was closed. They eventually agreed to serve us; grudgingly. I am writing this review because I use the hotel regularly and find it to be well below standards compared to the usual good experience I have at Novotels (in Brussels near Ste Catherine, in Luxembourg Kirhcberg).

Great, convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Large room set up as requested. The downsides were lack of amenities for a 4 star hotel (e.g. slippers) and the separate toilet to the bathroom does not have a sink so its not very hygienic or private if sharing a room with friends, colleagues or family. Also, only one toaster machine at breakfast. Would be better to have two so there are no queues.

We had such a lovely stay. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. I really appreciated the room upgrade, it made our stay even more special. My overall impression was good; it’s in a very convenient location, and it’s quiet, cosy and clean. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom facilities, which felt a little lacking in terms of the overall amenities provided.

2 nights in a great located Hotel. brekfast was good but not superb. Room was above good, which means I felt very confortable with everything in the hotel.

Most of the staff are friendly. The quality of food at breakfast buffet is good. The room size is perfect for a family as well. The only drawback I find is that there is stain on both bath towel and the bed sheet. Not sure if the stain is kind of marks which are not washable.

Etienne consistently went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt welcome and valued, and his positive attitude left a lasting impression even upon checking in. I would also like to thank Louis-Victor for the wonderful room upgrade. The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view that made my stay even more special. Such thoughtful gestures are greatly appreciated and truly enhance the guest experience. You might keep the same room for my next stay :).
