amazing staff they were great especially the night manager friday the 9th amazing service my goodness, i still haven’t received my deposit back (almost been 2 weeks) but other than that. breakfast was nice but honestly not amazing, baked beans should have been out both mornings not just one and the toasters aren’t great drink service was nice but slow on breakfast too, other than that some of the pancakes could be a bit rubbery and stale but other times were great just depends

I had to wait to get a machine to be told room not ready, which is fine but then I had to wait to bag drop, what was wrong with good old service, in the past i would have greeted and drop my bag all in one, I will avoid this hotel in the future, obviously wants to be seen as jetstar

A little bit disappointed in the Mercure. I had asked for an early check in (I understand it’s only a request). I arrived at 11 with my bags and was told they will call me once my room was ready as there was somebody cleaning our room as we speak. I walked around the City for 3.5hrs and no phone call. I went back to the hotel to see the same guy who then tells me they sent me an email only 15 mins ago. I’m an Accor member and the service was below average. No water in room. Little amenities. Room average. Cleaners on floor at 7am Sunday morning banging loud. Won’t be back.

Arrived to find the entrance elevator and handicap lift both out of order. Staff had to help me carry 2 suitcases down the stairs & I have hip issues so taking the stairs is not my preferred way. I was in Room 1104 & did not sleep well being constantly awoken and disturbed over my 2 night stay as the HVAC system kept cycling on and off throughout the night. I turned the fan off but it didn’t seem to stop the noise. I had the temp set at 19c. Please sort these issues out for future guests.
