This is a centrally located hotel that fits the bill as efficient, no-frills, easy in/out, and friendly staff. Check-out is generous, and they provide one-day luggage storage, which is very handy. There is a lift that works The climate control system is more of an austere system to prevent environmental injury rather than to ensure comfort. Opening the window is helpful, except that the area is relatively noisy all night (due to the great location)- so bring earplugs. The room was clean, the kettle worked well, and the furniture was in good condition. The water was hot and of a good pressure for a shower, though the drainage from the shower was poor and nearly resulted in flooding. Overall, this is a very suitable hotel if you don't want to pay for frills, want easy access to the High Street, and need a reliable place to sleep.

The location is excellent. I wished they had a cart for our heavy luggage although the receptionist offered to help.he was nice. The room was small, the cabinet was not the best thing to use. I liked the hair dryer is really good quality and the iron machine. I also liked that they were generous with toiletries. The facility in general was clean ,warm and odourless.

Great staff. Small, quiet room. Perfect location. The room was missing tissues, additional hand towels, real air conditioning, mini fridge, bath mat for slippery shower, fan in bathroom. Would have been nice to have some water bottles available too. Breakfast was very ordinary for the price (£13.50 per person).
