Room comfortable enough. Virtually zero shelf space and zero drawer space. Had to live out of our luggage. One hand towel although two bath towels. Minimalist cooked breakfast. Clear your own table!

We were able to store our bags free of charge while waiting for our room to be ready which allowed us to go and explore right away. The room was clean and on a quiet street. However, the WiFi was non existent and made it quite frustrating to do anything on your phone or laptop in the room.

The hotel is very well located, right off the royal mile, but i have to reduce a couple of stars for the drainage smells being distributed in the room by the ac and even though I asked for a quiet room, there was some mechanical noise at night which kept me awake. All in all good but could have been better.

No Air Conditioning and limited freash air circulation in rooms. WiFi insufficuent. Breakfast buffet well done but not value priced. Optional credit instead of housekeeping was a welcome option.
