We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and love the location, right on the Royal Mile and is easy walking distance to everything (excluding the hills - they're not easy lol). We'll definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Edinburgh.

The receptionist gave me the wrong room key and I walked in on a couple in bed. Then she gave me the correct key but no number on door. The experience was shocking.
