After 10 stays everything is familiar in the hotel. The staff is polite and ready to help. The breakfast is fine and starts very early.

We booked the hotel one day in advance on 3rd September as we were arriving on 4th early morning, we paid for the 3rd night too. But on our arrival the staff denied us our room. They said we can't give you the room and if you want early checkin you pay the fee. Ideally it wasn't the early check-in. We had to pay for the trip and we didn't gor any refund for our booking for the 3rd September. So they basically cheated us and took advantage of our situation.

Cool gestaltete Zimmer, alles da, was frau braucht und mit Stil! Love it! Very young, very friendly staff! Very good performance! Breakfast is plentyful and diverse! Also vegan and glutenfree options. The hotel is fantastically situated in the city.
