David L. Business - 10/22/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

There's too much noise an vibrations on the building whenever a train passes. This was not disclosed beforehand.

Room smelt of dog and the shower was smelly

Villacis R. G. Business - 10/8/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel was almost perfect, just outside the metro station so easy access to transport, room clean and comfortable, very nice breakfast and pleasant service. Unfortunately, you can hear the trains from below station going constantly, I am not resistant to noise so struggled to sleep well. But if you are OK with sleeping and noise is a excellent choice.

3 hour late check in Room not cleaned by 5pm day 2

Salma F. Friends - 9/28/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

Only the large bed and clean bedlinen differentiate this review from being a zero! Staff no friendly, bathroom was not as the photos, it was for wheelchair user, no amenities at all in the bedroom, poor lights, an absurd price and 4 star rating for this hotel. Of course they are just next to the Arena, só they are probably not bothered with service, as customers will stay there anyway. All Accor group letting me down once more.
