Met our expectations after we needed a location close to the port. Would have been good to get a night cap but the early breakfast start (6am) was very helpful

Disappointed that not much choice for the evening "Snacks". Staff as usual very welcoming and helpful you cannot fault them. I hope that the upgrade of some of the older rooms, will include walk in showers as we had this time. My husband is no longer able to use a bath and most people when travelling are happy with a shower. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. We look forward to our next visit.

Regarding the bathrooms, about half of our rooms have walk-in showers while the other half have bathtubs, as some guests, especially families with young children, prefer having a bathtub. We had to stay in OUISTREHAM unexpectedly due to a cancellation of ferry. The front of desk Elodie was so sympathetic and helpful. Rooms were adequate for what we needed. A bonus to have breakfast too. Reasonably priced and could not beat the location.

One night stay, arriving late from the ferry and leaving early in the morning. Pleased that the hotel is open 24/7. Decor jaded, room was tiny, shower did not drain properly so flooded the floor, bathroom air extractor ineffective. So it was OK for a one night stopover but not what we expected from Ibis.
