However, we are truly sorry to hear about the condition and cleanliness of the bedroom floor. We fully understand your disappointment, especially as you should be able to walk comfortably and safely around your room without having to worry about dirty floors. Three very strong qualities of the Ibis Styles at Ouistreham: 1) The staff - we had car trouble and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. It was really appreciated. 2) Good quality tea, which is really needed after the stress caused by car trouble. 3) Air conditioning - really good for ensuring a decent night's sleep in warm, humid weather and enabling some element of brain power to try to decipher technical automotive vocabulary in French - finally defeated by 'I E-loop inspection required'!

I have reported to Trip Advisor already - we arrived having driven for 9 hours with our dog- Élodie on reception was very friendly , parking at euros 5,50 was well worth it for security. She even got us a coffee at midnight!

I’m scoring our stay as an 8 because both soap dispensers in the bathroom needed to be refilled and at breakfast the staff didn’t seem as attentive as in the past to things running out.

A last minute booking. A very late arrival, 24 hour service, friendly greeting and most pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. My friend had 2 x dogs and it was a most dog-friendly hotel. Good private onsite parking, not expensive.

Easy reception. Clean quiet room. Nice view. I hurried breakfast - unnecessarily - as Brittany Ferries told me to be there at 06.00 hrs when I didn't need to be there until 07.45 when embarkation actually began !! Not entirely your fault but perhaps liaise with BF so you know these times with certainty.

We needed to stay overnight adjacent to the Ousitreham ferry-port, when our vehicle broke down, and the IBIS hotel was only a few steps away, very convenient, the staff were all courteous and helpful, we were able to book the last vacant room at the last minute, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast between 0600and 1000 was most convenient, all food was excellent and plentiful. ibis saved our day!!!

Rooms were small, quite dated but adequate for needs. Bar prices were far too high and unnecessary for the quality and facilities.
