Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment; however, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your reservation. Two separate bookings were made instead of one. As our hotel regularly welcomes families and groups who reserve multiple rooms under the same name, our system does not automatically flag this as a duplicate booking, as multiple reservations under the same name are perfectly normal. Furthermore, confirmation emails were sent for both bookings at the time of reservation, followed by reminder emails 48 hours before arrival. We would also like to point out that, as a gesture of goodwill, we applied a discount to one of the rooms. As the hotel was fully booked that night and we had to turn away other guests due to a lack of availability, we were unfortunately unable to waive the charge for the additional reservation. While we understand that the second booking may have been made unintentionally, we must apply our booking conditions fairly. We regret that this situation caused frustration, but we hope you understand the circumstances. We hope to see you again soon. Pauline Front Desk

Inadvertently booked 2 rooms and paid for them both. So to end up in a small room in the eaves was not what we paid for

Right next to the Ferry Terminal with secure parking late at night. Accommodated our 3 cats (we brought their 'playpen') We had 2 rooms with bathroom and a small hallway, so the cats 'playpen' went in the hallway and kept them safe. All clean and an excellent night's sleep had by all. Quick breakfast and we used the quick checkout service. Basic but just what was needed.

Friendly greeting after arriving on the 10pm ferry. Very efficient check in and secure parking which is very reassuring when you have a very packed car. Excellent French breakfast which was continously restocked. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds.

Overnight stop for ferry, literally 2 mins from ferry. Very friendly welcome from the reception desk. Breakfast fine and served from 6 am. Located near a number of restaurants which stop serving around 9, late opening bar near.

The room was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. So close to the ferry terminal that satnav said “you have arrived at your destination” when we were at passport control! It was pet friendly and close to the beach and the seaside town of Ouistreham so we could take our dog for a nice walk after the long ferry journey.
