As well as being extremely comfortable, my room had a beautiful view and I even was lucky enough to see an amazing evening display by a large flock of starlings! It was a memorable experience but for me, the best part of my stay is always the kindness and caring of the lovely staff. A special thank you to Elody you always greets me with a smile and who went out of her way to be extra helpful.

Hotel looks a little tired and the rooms are small but adequate for a one night stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast adequate

The hotel reception and bar area are pleasant and welcoming. However, the room was dated, dingy and very small. Breakfast was adequate at best. This hotel did not live up to other IBIS Styles hotels we have stayed in. The location, in regards to the ferry, is very good - maximum 2 min transfer time.

On arrival was asked to pay - reservation prepaid. Eventually agreed I had paid (half was due from loyalty points). Check in confirmation email indicated I would get a drink voucher - none forthcoming, minor point, but don't promise something you don't provide.

During check-in, our front desk colleague made a mistake and thought additional payment was needed. She realized the error and apologized multiple times for the confusion. Regarding the drink voucher, it is available digitally through the Accor app and does not come as a physical voucher... We always ensure that what we promise is what we provide, and we encourage guests to ask our team if they are unsure about benefits.
