The hotel reception and bar area are pleasant and welcoming. However, the room was dated, dingy and very small. Breakfast was adequate at best. This hotel did not live up to other IBIS Styles hotels we have stayed in. The location, in regards to the ferry, is very good - maximum 2 min transfer time.

On arrival was asked to pay - reservation prepaid. Eventually agreed I had paid (half was due from loyalty points). Check in confirmation email indicated I would get a drink voucher - none forthcoming, minor point, but don't promise something you don't provide.

During check-in, our front desk colleague made a mistake and thought additional payment was needed. She realized the error and apologized multiple times for the confusion. Regarding the drink voucher, it is available digitally through the Accor app and does not come as a physical voucher... We always ensure that what we promise is what we provide, and we encourage guests to ask our team if they are unsure about benefits.
