This was my worst ever hotel experience, where the only remaining room had a height restriction where only a diminutive person or child could have showered or bathed without knocking their head on getting out of the bath. This was not advised however otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. The suite was actually two bedrooms where the most room for sitting was in the hallway, except it also had a height restriction on one side. A hotel room not fit for purpose, where I also could not adjust or turn off the air con. and where I was awoken by a continuous flow of water in the toilet cistern. I expect to receive compensation and will happily discuss all the problems.

Booked a room with double bed and a sofa for 6/6/26 the night before getting the ferry home in the morning but, when we checked in the guy had trouble finding our booking but then gave us room 153. When we got there it was a very small room with just a double bed but hey it was somewhere to crash. We had been asleep a while when the phone rings and someone on the other end seems to be having two conversations so we hung up. Next there's a knock on the door and apparently we're in somebody else's room and they need to know our name! Tried to get back to sleep but it turned out to be a long night with all the noise in this hotel especially the plumbing! In the morning they gave us 30% discount for the disturbance but it was 30% of a room type that we didn't get which probably brought it down to the price of the room they gave us. All in all not a good experience.
