Before booking we contacted the hotel directly and were told that our room was wheelchair accessible. In fact it was on the first floor. The lift was extremely small and did not allow for someone to accompany the wheelchair user without considerable squeezing in; further, once we got to the room the distance between the bed and fridge was even smaller than the lift and every time we took the wheelchair past the fridge to the open space it caught the bed linen which then applied the brake. You really should not advertise your duplex rooms as wheelchair accessible. By chance we had 3 other adults who could manage our wheelchair bound son, though with difficulty

Great hotel. Friendly greeting, comfortable & clean room, excellent spa facilities included and an amazing breakfast. Well located for a nice walk through the town to the beach. Lots of restaurant choice on the way. Comfortable bar area.

Very nice hotel for our family with children in the suite that sleeps 5. We did notice that the upstairs bedroom was extremely warm. Even with the air on it was cool downstairs and uncomfortably warm upstairs.
