Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet the standards usually associated with Mercure hotels. Regarding the lack of hot water, this was due to an external technical issue beyond the hotel’s control. As soon as it was identified, our teams contacted the service provider from 8:00 a.m. in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Once the intervention was completed, the system required several hours to return to normal operation across the entire hotel. We are also sorry to read your comments regarding your experience in the restaurant and bar, which does not reflect our usual service standards. These points have been reviewed with the teams concerned. Regarding compensation, we would like to inform you that we have already replied to Mr A. In our response, we offered as a commercial gesture the allocation of ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty points to the members of your group (with the exception of Mr M.). For guests who do not yet have an ALL account, our team remains available to assist with registration so that the points can be credited and used for a future stay within the Accor network.
