The beds and service amazing, very quick and understanding. The level of service from all the staff was brilliant. We received an upgrade due to the status and also got an late checkout, however when I returned before 3pm, my card was not working and the room had been cleaned and our clothes was moved, even though it was a late checkout. Furthermore the other con was that big organisations on the belief of environment, they are not giving free water bottles but rather a water machine in the corridor that you have to fill and makes a very loud noise, which in grand scheme of things, it’s easier to put couple of water bottle. Apart from that, everything was great.
