Staff friendly and helpful, well located within walking distance to main attractions on a busy road, bus stop a few steps away out of hotel able to easily pick up Uber from main doors, Lambeth Bridge a minute or two walk to enable walk to Buckingham Palace about 25/30 mins and 10/15 mins opposite direction to London Eye attractions . Nice and quiet in rooms lovely lobby and bar area. Rooms are clean have everything you need and well serviced fresh filtered water on landings and water bottle provided to refill as required . Had a couple of nights comfortable undisturbed sleep best pillows ever !
