The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and a nice size for a solo traveller. The staff were helpful with any questions I had. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk to the Bakerloo Line or Waterloo Station, easily opening up the city to explore. The Thames, parliament buildings, and the London Eye were all easily accessible.

Reception security is very poor in that anyone can use the lift and explore the hotel. Lift access needs to be by room key only. Breakfast was ok, but the hot food was only ever warm The one evening i used the restaurant , choice was poor and quality was even worse. I had a chicken burger and it was all bits of chicken, not a whole breast. Could not access wi fi and it did not have security. Hotel is in a good spot for me, but Novotel, you need to up your game.

Decent location and gym - room furniture was a little tired (bashed edges, clear sofa hadn’t been cleaned well - had toenails in), in room fridge wasn’t cooling at all, aircon was ineffective , needed better linen in bathroom - towel hanging up was thin vs a much better one in a wardrobe.
