I can’t emphasise enough how lovely our stay was. The rooms were nice and modern and staff were super accommodating. As a gold member, the reception team went out of their way to contact housekeeping so we were able to get an early check-in when we arrived. We had a drink at the bar in the evening, where again, staff were really engaging and made us feel so welcomed. The combination of the hotels modern look, lovely staff and good location - this has been one of the nicest stays in London. Would absolutely recommend.

From check in to check out all Staff were really helpful and friendly, We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the chef did a great job on all our meals.. Relaxing areas in the reception area with a printer and apple computer set up and a small kids area near the dining room. Our room had a fantastic view the bed was very comfortable. Actually hard to find any fault with the stay .. Thanks to all the staff for helping make our stay really enjoyable
