Was short but from my check in with Lea the operations Manager who was excellent and efficient ushered me to a great stay ! My preferences were met with a great clean room ! The staff are amazing and nothing was too much for them ! I will definitely come back ! 😊

We arrived from Australia at a ridiculously early time. We asked for an early check in if possible. When we got to the hotel, around 10.00, we were given our room immediately. It made such a fab difference to our long day ahead, thank you.

Second time to London and first time to this Novotel. We arrived late on New Year’s Day and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an Executive room because of my gold Accor loyalty status. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar which was a nice area. The room was pretty standard for a Novotel but perfectly functional. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but pillows were okay. I can appreciate an open concept bathroom, but I do like a separate toilet closet from the shower area. I really do like the Karma bath amenities and since we were in an executive room, we had conditioner and lotion. Note: standard rooms do not have either as I inquired prior to our arrival. The workout room is small but also functional and more importantly- cool since it’s in the basement by the car park! Though someone turned the heat on before our last workout on departure but luckily I was able to adjust the thermostat. Speaking of thermostat adjustment, you have absolute control in your room and the windows open which for me is a major plus as I’m always warm even in the winter. The location is suitable for walking to most public transportation and nearby sites. The hotel itself is clean and staff is efficient. We did have to request cleaning on our first day but I think that is because the hotel was full for New Years. We didn’t have breakfast but it was quite busy every day. Another great feature is the reusable water bottle and water fountains on every floor. Wish every Novotel (or every hotel for that matter) offered this. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again upon my return to London.

The room carpets needs an upgrade looked stained. Breakfast buffet can be better

From the location to the cleanness the hotel never felt line Novotel. Carpets are dead, they're are dirty and unckeaned.. Am sure you done need customers pointing them. The Hotel staff are aware. Very disappointing. The hotel says Novotel Waterloo where as the exact location is Lambert Road. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Disappointed with the experience. Thx Raj
