On the whole, the stay was satisfactory. There are a couple of small things that would have made me give a much higher score. First of all, the teabags that we used on the first morning were not replaced. I didn’t realise this until I attempted to make a cup of tea on our second morning, and couldn’t. Also, I would expect a much better standard of coffee in the rooms. Nescafé instant doesn’t say 4 star hotel to me. My last little gripe is with the breakfast. The selection was ok, however, the scrambled eggs were completely cold (fresh from the kitchen). Other than these points, our stay was very enjoyable.

Good location but no restaurants, cafes nearby, room is very small, few electrical outlets, lack of proper bedside table, very crammed, dirty carpet, poor choice of food in breakfast buffet. Overall very disappointed and certainly not coming back, would not recommend others. One positive feedback is for housekeeping services.

Novotel is a brand I can trust to deliver standard quality across the group and you know what you are getting. Comfy bed clean room good shower decent brekkie. This trip ticked all the boxes apart from brekkie which was a buffet and the only plates available were side plates not dinner plates presumably in an attempt to not let people waste food which I find ridiculous that you would punish everyone for the few who ruin it. My breakfast 2 of each (bacon, sausage, egg and beans) was literally all over the table by the end of my sitting as the plate was far too small. Come on Novotel this is just crazy.

The location of the hotel was really helpful, there's a bus stop 2 min away from the hotel and there is another bust stop just opposite the hotel. Great and well prepared meals.

Checking staff and bar staff were amazing , but i was bitten all over my body by bed bugs i had nap on sofa in room 344

Very good location. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room comfortable despite the high temperatures outside. The premises are kept very clean. Comfortable bed. The pillows were a bit high, but that’s a minor detail. Since we only booked the room without meals, I cannot comment on the food in the restaurant.

Besides the great location, this hotel has a staff that really cares about it's customers. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's bar and food was incredible (we ate there often). They were also happy to store our luggage safety on the first D. we arrived so that we could go out and explore London.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Novotel London Waterloo, the best part about our stay was the availability of a kids play area that was used by our 1 year old every day. The staff was very welcoming of families and made our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, just a few steps away from Thames and Westminster.

We received a warm welcome thanks to the front desk staff It was very comfortable stay except for the ac cooling it was warm inside, we had to request for a fan. The water dispenser is a great idea at the hotel and very convenient to use There were some free games for kids that was also good Location was close to Thames which was great for walks and scenic views
