Me ha sorprendido gratamente el hotel, por su cercanía y buenos servicios. La ubicación es muy buena y la comodidad de la habitación (4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños) también excelente. Sin duda, volveremos a Londres (ciudad espectacular) y repetiremos hotel. El desayuno (única comida que teníamos contratada) muy bueno y variado. En resumen, recomiendo mucho este hotel, además también por la atención y amabilidad de su personal, tanto el de recepción, bufet del desayuno como personal de limpieza. ¡¡¡Muchas gracias!!!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au Novotel London Waterloo. Hotel très bien situé entre 2 stations de métro. Nous avions une chambre vue sur Big Ben, les enfants étaient heureux. Le petit-déjeuner etait complet et varié. Personnel agréable.

Good location with large rooms, however in need of new carpet & curtains. Only use restaurant once as I thought it was over priced for the quality of the food. Overall a good stay.
