Polite staff Quick check-in and out Quiet room Comfortable bed slept quite well Poor shower really not powerful No hair conditioner No body lotion In a four star hotel expected better amenities Would use this hotel again but it wouldn't be my first choice I didn't eat in the hotel or drink in the bar so cannot judge these.

The overall experience was nice. Everything went very smooth from the beginning. The room was very nice, my major constrain was the location of the washvasing, as being in an open are was not very comfortable. Also the location of the mirrors made it very complicated for something as simple as applying make up or combing your hair.... Breakfast was a bit basic compared to other Novotel hotels. Having an iron in the room was definitely a plus!

I stayed with my mum and sister. We had a brilliant weekend. Your hotel is in an ideal location.walking distance to alot of the major attractions. Bus stop outside and train stations walking distance. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. We will be back next year.

Upgraded on arrival, very nice but wish we had not. Room allocated had a joining facility with next room which allowed every conversation, cough, creak and bodily function to be shared. Ruined what was a good stay especially as they were early risers but then pitied them when we arrived home very late.
