the hotel was worse than it was in proevous years, cleaning service was too late, ofter after 3pm when I was back to my room it was yet not done. for coffe capsule supply I had to ask cleaning personnel. breakfast wasvery poor and made with bad quality food.

Room was freezing cold regardless of how much messing I did with the heating controls.

My room was cleaned well every day, and bed was confrotable. However Day 1 i identified all 4 USB ports near my bed were damaged, and that the TV volume was barely working. I asked concierge what could be done, and they said they were reviewing (as it was a Sunday). On Monday I asked what happened, and they said Maintenance had ordered parts for the USB porta, and they would look tomorrow (tuesday). I also suggested they could just give me a power bord with a few connectors, but they said they could not do that. Tuesday came, and went, no changes, by Wednesday when nothing had changed and no one had come to talk to be, i was frustrated and bored of following up, so gave up. I understand this feels like a small item, but part of the functionality of my room was not working, and i notified them the day they arrived, and they did not fix it, or move me to another room, or offer me a discount or refund of any sort. By that logic, next time, maybe the shower wont work, or the toilet wont flush, or the bed wont bed, and their approach seems to be "offer to look at it" and then do nothing.
