Our stay was comfortable overall. The staff was nice and helpful, the location was great and overall we had everything we needed Our negatives was the ventilation in the room which was really poor. Without being able to open the window this made the room quite stuffy by the end of our stay. The hotel room was a bit dusty and felt like the cleaner didn't have enough time to clean it. But we would return to this hotel for another stay.

Negative - My room was poorly cleaned as there was dirt, dust and long hairs laying in the main room and on the bathroom floor. As I am bald, the hairs must have come fra previous users of the room. I informed the reception staff about this and the took action. Positive - Dialog with reception and booking regarding a misunderstanding with the tenure for the tennis tournament I played and my need to shorten my stay. Very friendly attentative follow up on my request og service minded response. This shows your ambition and interest in taking care of loyal customers. Thank You!
