we had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Our room had a harbor view. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was large and clean. In the afternoons, they had a chocolate hour reception and that was fun. The hotel is in a good location in the CBD and we easily walked to the harbor and the restaurants. We didn't have a car, so can't speak to any parking issues. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful and location was superb. However, hotel is a bit dated and in need of refresh - Some lift buttons don't work. Other things could be improved: - only had three wardrobe hangers free, insufficient to hang up a week's worth of clothes. I needed to take the gowns off the hangers to use the hangers. - no shelf space in the wardrobes to place clothes that cannot be hung.

Just spent another visit with our Morvinpick family to celebrate our wedding anniversary....The little caring touches are amazing Eliza...long service legend (lovely to get to meet you this visit) missed our Miss Serah though for breakfast this time :-( Be back in Jan ;-)

Decent size room, comfortable bed and good shower - would have been a good stay but not having our room cleaned because each day when we got back at 2.30pm it had not been serviced was unacceptable. For that to happen once might be understandable, but not 3 days in a row. Worse, we checked out - then were wrongly hit with minibar charges after we left. Despite numerous emails form me, 2 weeks later I still haven't had a substantive response from the hotel and the charges haven't been reversed. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
