A truly wonderful experience at Novotel Beach! Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. However, when we first arrived, we were given a room whose entrance door was facing the street. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, and we found it difficult to rest at night and also in the afternoon after returning from the beach. Thankfully, the following day we were able to change rooms and moved to room 1236, which was spotless, very comfortable, and much more suitable for a relaxing stay. The entire staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. A very special thank you to Bassem, a truly wonderful and respectful person. He cleaned our room every day with great care and attention to detail, and we sincerely appreciated his kindness and dedication. One area that could definitely be improved is the sound insulation. The room doors are not well insulated at all, so you can hear almost everything happening in the hallway. Every afternoon, there was quite a lot of noise directly in front of our room, which made it difficult to rest after returning from the beach. There were also some afternoons when an alarm went off from time to time, adding to the disturbance. Despite these inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to Novotel Beach and hope that the hotel can improve the sound insulation and quietness, especially during the afternoon. Iaroslava Sabanova was very nice and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable! 🌴☀️

Our stay was mixed. The location and beach are definitely the best points of the hotel, and honestly, these were the main reasons we stayed. However, the service was far below our expectations, with unprofessional staff attitudes, very slow responses and the need to repeatedly ask for even basic requests. The All-Inclusive concept was also quite restrictive and not what we expected. We appreciate that, after raising our concerns, the General Manager personally intervened and made a genuine effort to improve our experience.

This hotel is one of those places where we would like to return because of many reasons. It's situated not so distant from the airport and the main turistic places to visit. The beach is the best for families with little children, you don't need to book some boat , there's a very good reef full of colourful sea life. The rooms are very big and clean, we also had a very comfortable bedroom for our child, he liked it a lot. The furniture is a little bit old but it hasn't changed our general impression which is very positive. The rooms are cleaned every day, the room service staff is very polite and works hard. As for the restaurant, there you can find egyptian and international dishes, everything is really good, the staff of the restaurant is also very polite and very kind with children. All of them are extremely fast and try to satisfy all the clients needs.

We had a wonderful vacation at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and service to the beautiful, spacious room that pleasantly surprised us. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I’ve already recommended the hotel to all my friends and family in Lebanon! A special thank you to four people who really made our stay even more memorable: Monad at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and was always ready to help; Ramy at the restaurant, who was extremely caring and went above and beyond to make my 5-year-old son’s birthday special by bringing him a cake and helping us celebrate; Hind at the restaurant entrance, whose warm welcome and friendly attitude always made us feel comfortable; and Eslam, the lifeguard, who was so polite, friendly, and helpful that we even became friends during our stay. They are truly stars and a great reflection of the hospitality at Novotel. We would happily come back again!
