Perfect stay for families, clean confortables with everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Great food, great entertainment like fire show, belly dancer, music, water jet and more. Beautiful long flat beach with barrier reef, lots of fishes within 10 meters. Super nice swimming pools and most of all attentive and super nice staff. We are going back for sure. Dario, family of 4

The hotel itself is located in the heart of Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh, and I most definitely had the best time ever staying at Novotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The food was delicious, the evening shows were highly entertaining and exciting. The hotel's animators would even organize a visit to a nightclub every night if you wished so.

Located in the heart of Naama Bay, with a wonderful sandy beach, renovated rooms, and top-notch service, it has been my second home for ten years. giving 10 in overall evaluation is a bit exageration nearing sureal. we had requests and favors that were granted by Novotel —- through Ms. Iaroslava and staff —- which made our lives slash out stay comfortable and for that we are forever thankful and will always be reminded of how wonderful our stay in Novotel. we appreciate the staff’s dedication, effort and hard work to make things possible for the clients’ need. (that deserve a 10 already) BUT… giving a room for more improvement since we like Novotel… out of we would like to reciprocate the care they’ve shown us. ammenities are to be upgraded —- hence the ongoing renovations during our stay —— an upgrade for room cleaning — we had a dead roommate “bug” in our bathroom for 6 days 🤣 dead bug remains just below the tissue holder mounted on the wall; shampoo containers; no slippers, no bathrobe (🙇🏻‍♀️ it’s a 5 star hotel after all innit?) barista on beach bar gets “edgy” and overwhelmed by clients and tends to decide on what and how drinks he’s like to offer not what we want to drink 🤣 oh.. and the “staff” on the beach that promotes spa, tour, sometimes it’s just too much. i’m never an introvert person 🤣 but a lot of times i beg for 5 mins of peace for me to just enjoy the beach and read a book 🤣🙇🏻‍♀️ will i go back? honestly ill go back for Ms. Sabanova’s company. knowing that she can take care of the clients for petty problems that can even be avoided —- is already a comfort; i’ll go back for the beach too; for the other rest of the staff who were friendly enough to cater for as well; location is great as well. ahmed who organized transpo for hotel client is good as well. i wish Novotel and the staff all the best nad hoping in God’s time if i can go back.. to experience if not the same service.. a more improve Novotel because as the clients’ deserve what they paid for… the staff who really performs well deserve to be awknowledge as well for their hardwork and effort. there are always a very few that alters the hotel’s performance though. We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
