I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and full of warm hospitality. Staff and Service The staff at Novotel are simply incredible. They were always attentive, welcoming, and ready to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and genuinely friendly. Their efforts made us feel at home, which really set the tone for our entire stay. Cleanliness One of the standout features of the hotel is the cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping staff paid attention to even the smallest details. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority at Novotel, and it made our stay even more relaxing. Food and Dining Experience The dining experience at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch, with options to satisfy every palate. The beach restaurant team did an amazing job serving delicious meals with a view of the sea. Each meal felt like a unique experience, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Sea, Pool, and Bar The pool and bar team were absolutely fantastic! The pool area was well-maintained, and the bar team provided refreshing drinks and outstanding service. The beach was another highlight, with clear, beautiful waters and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Management Lastly, I have to mention the management at Novotel. Their commitment to quality service is evident throughout every part of the hotel. It’s clear they have put a lot of thought into creating an environment where guests can fully relax and enjoy themselves. Everything runs so smoothly, and the positive energy of the staff reflects the excellent management. Overall, I can’t recommend Novotel Sharm El Sheikh enough. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, enjoy excellent food, and unwind in a beautiful setting, this is the place to be. Wonderful hotel with amazing service. All the team are polite and professional providing excellent hospitality, the wifi is good the room service is perfect on time and delicious, my son adore the kids activities and daily entertainment.
