Can’t fault the hotel in anyway, well received by the reception staff on arrival. Room 407 overlooked main square so great view. Central location for all transport, Metro, Tram and buses within 10metres. Bed and room also very comfortable, can’t understand the previous 1 Star! Really?

Overall, the hotel is nice. Breakfast is a bit lacking and if you come after 9AM the options are really limited. Also, the bed mattresses are too soft, not good for your back.

Hotel is renovated , beautiful building. Room was very clean. Breakfast had wide choices and all was very good.

Staff at reception was excellent. The staff at breakfast, on the other hand, was not as efficient. Required reminding to replenish breakfast items. The staff did not clear used plates, unless they were asked. Also, it required 15 minutes to receive our poached eggs order. The yolk on one of the eggs had broken causing the yolk to spread over the plate. The eggs should have never left the kitchen. Furthermore, it was apparent the eggs had sat, explaining why they were cold. Note, that there were very few guests during this period. Staff would benefit from further training.
