The staff were obliging and friendly. With a coach party at the hotel the receptionist kindly gave us a room in the newer part of the hotel, separated by a corridor. The evening meal was excellent with good prompt service. The hotel restaurant is as good as any restaurant found in the town 20 minutes walk away. The room was comfortable and quiet. A feature much appreciated because w had travelled during the day. It is the most outstanding and best Ibis hotel we have experienced. We commend all the staff who make it he best.

Accessible room very spacious ,although a bit of a walk from reception.Very pleasant hotel interior.Good parking for our van.Easy to get to from main road and yet close to town centre.

Located next to super markets and easy to find. Rolling breakfast buffet but no plug for the bath. Clean and comfortable.

Family of three, stayed for 4 nights in a family room, which was ideal with two adjoining bedrooms (room 123), simple facilities but comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was very good - had breakfast and dinner on several days, excellent range and value. Hotel was well located for various activities - William the Conqueror’s castle and historic/ WWIi sites and nearby (within 40-60 mins drive) forests and outdoor hiking/adventure trails etc.
