Room as usual was OK but room service food was dreadful - having stayed at 3 ACCOR properties in Seoul over recent months - this was by far the worst room service food I experienced. Bland, tiny, portions, luke-warm and over-priced. Won't be ordering again !

We loved the hospitality of your staffs. I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like the well-stocked amenities and modern decor. The only minor issue was that the hair dryer didn’t work properly, but since it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me, I didn’t report it during my stay. There were at least 3 convenience shops close by to the hotel making food and other supplies so accessible. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Its my come back after long 8 years. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Room and indoor are newly renovated. I was upgraded to Premium Room at Premium floor with comfortable bed and sofa. Well decorated Christmas vibes right in the lobby coffe shop on Eiffel tower replica.
